Product Introduction
The LYJC302C/402C type garbage compression equipment is developed based on user requirements for garbage transfer, drawing on advanced technologies and processes for waste treatment from both domestic and international sources. The equipment mainly consists of a compressor system, a sewage discharge system, and a spray washing deodorization system.
Equipment Advantages
Compressor PerformanceThe compressor has a strong compression force, and after compression, the density of the garbage can reach over 0.95t/m3, and it is thoroughly dehydrated.
Equipped FacilitiesThe compression station is equipped with an air deodorization purification system and a high-pressure cleaning machine for daily cleaning of the equipment and ground, keeping the station clean and hygienic. The garbage station also has a sewage pump to discharge the generated sewage into the sewage pipeline.
Oil Cylinder PerformanceUses three parallel installed relay oil cylinders for staged compression.
Connection AdvantagesA ball joint connection is used between the pressing head and the compression oil cylinder, allowing the pressing head to deflect freely within a certain range. When the garbage is unevenly compressed, the compression oil cylinder is not subjected to offset loads, effectively protecting the compression oil cylinder.
Overall Closed StructureAn integrated box structure is adopted, combining the compression chamber, storage chamber, and pushing mechanism into one unit, which is entirely underground.
