Product Introduction

The integrated SBR process wastewater treatment device is a small-scale centralized wastewater treatment device independently designed, developed, and produced by our company. This product adopts the SBR treatment process, integrating the processes of wastewater equalization, primary sedimentation, biological degradation, and secondary sedimentation in the SBR reaction tank, reducing equipment size and achieving miniaturization; equipped with a PLC control system and a smart water management platform, it monitors operating status in real-time, adjusts operating parameters, and realizes device intelligence. It is mainly suitable for the end treatment of wastewater in densely populated villages or medium-sized toilets.

Equipment and Principles

Wastewater flows into the regulating tank through the collection pipeline, where a grille intercepts floating objects and large solid debris in the wastewater, while small solid debris can settle to the bottom due to sedimentation. The wastewater is lifted to the SBR tank by a submersible pump, using an aeration system to control the dissolved oxygen content, allowing the SBR tank to be in the aerobic treatment stage. Under the action of aerobic microorganisms, ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus in the wastewater are removed. After 3 hours of aeration, aeration is stopped, and the SBR tank enters the anaerobic sedimentation stage. Through anaerobic denitrification and physical sedimentation, nitrate nitrogen is reduced to nitrogen gas and expelled, while suspended solids settle with activated sludge at the bottom of the reactor. After 1-2 hours of sedimentation, the supernatant is discharged to surrounding water bodies through overflow.
