Product Introduction
The four-format manure pre-treatment device is a new type of manure pre-treatment device independently designed, developed, and produced by our company based on the established three-format manure pre-treatment device, combined with market demand. It adds an additional compartment at the backend of the traditional three-format manure pre-treatment device, which not only has the function of collecting, storing, and pre-treating manure but also has the ability to collect, store, and pre-treat kitchen and bathroom wastewater, without affecting the use of organic fertilizer liquid. It is mainly used for the joint treatment of manure and domestic sewage in rural areas.
Equipment and Principles
Manure flows into the first anaerobic fermentation chamber through the collection pipeline, and after 30 days of anaerobic pre-treatment, it transforms into organic fertilizer liquid, which enters the third clarification chamber for storage, ultimately overflowing into the manure combined chamber. Kitchen and bathroom wastewater flows into the manure combined chamber through the collection pipeline, mixing with the overflowing organic fertilizer liquid, undergoing deep anaerobic fermentation, reducing the COD content in the wastewater, improving the biodegradability of the wastewater, achieving preliminary nitrogen and phosphorus removal, and alleviating the pressure on end treatment.
Product Features and Advantages
The export installation features a detachable integrated filtration device that effectively intercepts solid particles in wastewater, reducing the difficulty of end treatment.
The special design of the third and fourth compartments avoids the impact of domestic wastewater on the extraction of organic fertilizer liquid from the third compartment, retaining the automatic fertilizer extraction function of the third compartment.
Brand new PE modified material - molded by injection, with high strength, great toughness, and a service life of up to 30 years.
The dovetail buckle and barbed installation slot rigidly combine the partition with the tank body, ensuring the overall structural strength.
The tank body and tank cover adopt a male-female groove design, ensuring no leakage through rigid casing limits and standard fastening torque.
The disposal process allows manure to flow by gravity, with no power units, resulting in low operating costs; a labyrinth sealing structure is used to ensure no cross-flow between treatment chambers.
