Product Introduction
The purification tank is a decentralized wastewater treatment device independently developed and produced by our company. This product is equipped with a PLC control system and an intelligent water management platform, using A/O wastewater treatment technology to remove pollutants such as COD, ammonia nitrogen, and total phosphorus. It is mainly used for the treatment of decentralized domestic sewage or similar domestic sewage for single or multiple households. It has good application prospects in improving the living environment in rural areas of our country, building ecological villages and towns, protecting and restoring natural landscapes, carrying out courtyard style rectification for farmers, greening and beautifying villages, comprehensive management of rural rivers, and sustainable healthy development of leisure agriculture.
Equipment and Principles
The wastewater from the fecal pre-treatment device flows by gravity into the purification tank and the anoxic pool, where most of the solid impurities in the wastewater are removed through sedimentation. Under the action of hydrolytic acid bacteria, insoluble large molecular organic matter that is difficult to degrade is converted into soluble small molecular organic matter that is easy to degrade, and nitrate nitrogen is reduced to nitrogen gas under the action of denitrifying bacteria. The treated wastewater from the anoxic pool overflows into the aerobic pool, where a micro-power intermittent aeration system controls the dissolved oxygen content, allowing phosphorus in the wastewater to be converted into polyphosphate and stored in the body by polyphosphate bacteria. NH4+ is oxidized to NOs through the nitrification of nitrifying bacteria, and a gas-lift reflux device is used to recycle part of the nitrification liquid produced back into the anoxic pool for circulation treatment. The biochemically treated wastewater overflows into the secondary sedimentation tank for sedimentation, and the supernatant flows into the disinfection tank for disinfection before reaching the discharge standard. The equipment uses a PLC control system for on-site control and is equipped with an intelligent water management platform for remote management.
