Product Introduction
The three-format manure pre-treatment device is independently developed and produced by our company. This product utilizes the principles of physical sedimentation and anaerobic fermentation to remove suspended organic matter from manure, achieving harmless treatment of feces. It has the functions of collecting, storing, and pre-treating manure, suitable for the collection, storage, and pre-treatment of manure from rural household toilets, urban public toilets, and scenic area toilets.
Equipment and Principles
Manure flows into the first-stage fermentation chamber through the collection pipeline for preliminary anaerobic fermentation and sedimentation. After 12-24 hours of sedimentation, the manure is divided into upper layer paste-like feces, middle layer clarified fecal liquid, and bottom layer sediment of solids and parasite eggs based on different specific gravities. The upper layer feces and bottom layer sediment remain in the first-stage fermentation chamber for continuous fermentation, while the middle layer clarified fecal liquid overflows into the second-stage fermentation chamber for secondary anaerobic fermentation. Non-soluble large molecular organic matter is hydrolyzed and acidified into soluble small molecular easily degradable organic matter, and some nitrate nitrogen is reduced to nitrogen gas and discharged, while pathogens and eggs are killed. After 30 days of anaerobic pre-treatment, the manure turns into organic fertilizer liquid flowing into the third-stage clarification chamber. The third-stage clarification chamber is mainly used for temporarily storing the basically harmless fecal liquid, ensuring the relative stability of the liquid level, preventing the upper layer feces from being disturbed, sediment at the bottom from rising, and avoiding blockage of the manure inlet due to gas surges.
