One Core, Dual Core: Striving Towards the Future | Jinlv Environment Holds Development Planning Release and Mobilization Meeting

On July 22-23, Jintour Environment held a development planning release and mobilization meeting at the Fumao Garden Hotel, themed "One Core, Dual Engines, Smart Future." Attendees included Jintour Environment Chairman Yu Xiaoxia, Executive Chairman Wang Chuanhua, General Manager Wang Yingzhe, group executives, vice presidents of various business units, functional department heads, marketing war zone leaders, and project leaders.
Chairman Yu Xiaoxia first fully affirmed the current work of the group, hoping everyone would continue to maintain a spirit of hard work, actively create, dare to break through, and take responsibility, to build a market team with a wolf-like spirit, closely focusing on the strategy of "One Core, Dual Engines" to enhance services and strengthen equipment, thereby building organizational capabilities and making Jintour a respected company.
Subsequently, General Wang Chuanhua delivered a keynote speech on the "Company Strategic Development Plan," starting with the company logo to interpret the strategy of "One Core, Dual Engines, Smart Future," and elaborated on the strategic ideas and implementation paths.
Then, each business unit, as well as the human resources, business, finance, and procurement supply chain departments, reported on their respective planning execution measures.
At the end of the meeting, Wang Yingzhe summarized the actual business operations and industry development situation, proposing to build Jintour's core competitiveness from eight directions: technological strength, scale advantages, customer trust and reputation, talent team, innovation capability, market capability, system capability, and corporate culture, and made detailed arrangements for the key work of each sector in the second half of the year.
During the meeting, various company policies and business training were also arranged. All participants will re-understand and digest the training content afterwards to better apply it to their actual work.
The successful convening of this development planning release and mobilization meeting has pointed out the direction for the work in the second half of 2023. "Actions speak louder than words, walk the path together," everyone united, firm in confidence, and implemented actions, striving to achieve the annual goals for 2023!
