2022 Mid-Year Management Conference of Jinjun Environment Company

From August 8 to August 10, 2022, Jinglei Environment held a company management conference themed "Customer and Market-Centric, Promoting Sustainable and Healthy Development of the Enterprise."
The conference was conducted in an orderly manner under strict implementation of epidemic prevention and control requirements. Jinglei Environment's chairman Yu Xiaoxia, company leaders, middle and senior management, project company heads, and marketing war zone generals attended the meeting.
At the opening of the conference, Chairman Yu Xiaoxia delivered a keynote speech. Focusing on the company's strategy and vision, Yu Xiaoxia elaborated on multiple dimensions such as mission, responsibility, methods, and paths, providing ideological guidance and fundamental adherence for the company's development plan, urging everyone to be pragmatic and steady for long-term progress. While doing well in core business, we should also strive for further achievements and look to the future.
During the meeting, Vice President Wang Chuanhua discussed the enterprise's development blueprint and planning, providing precise analysis of the development trends and scale of the sanitation industry, while researching and deploying the next steps of work, also setting overall goals for the company's development and proposing new requirements for enhancing the company's technological attributes and corporate image.
Representatives from the company's marketing division, operations center, equipment center, finance center, information center, product development center, and Huagan Jinglei shared their insights on how to cooperate with the company to achieve goals and enhance the comprehensive capabilities in their respective fields based on their current positions.
The meeting focused on the company's development plan, improving quality and innovation, and adapting to changes. It proposed an overall work approach that emphasizes internal standardization and external development for each business segment. Corresponding codes of conduct were established in areas such as equipment product capability, service product capability, management capability, and talent cultivation. The spirit of service philosophy should be earnestly practiced in every task. Build an excellent corporate culture, making the enterprise a stage for excellence.
